Christien began her career as a first-class flight attendant on the upper deck of a 747, followed by years as an interim manager successfully extinguishing organisational fires. A unique combination she now puts to ultimate use as HR Manager at iqbi.

With a proven track record at Dell, DTG, and IWG, Gayana is the driving force behind operational excellence and growth here at iqbi. She specialises in building high-performing teams that don’t just deliver exceptional results, but also champion an engaged company culture. Above all, Gayana is passionately committed to putting the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.

With experience in digital innovation, Rino has successfully led multiple data-driven projects. His strategic thinking and ability to translate opportunities into action ensure smooth processes and maximum value for iqbi and its clients.

With a Bachelor of Law and more than 12 years of sales experience, Svenja brings a hands-on, client-focused approach and a true passion for real estate and sustainability. She's eager to grow iqbi's presence in the DACH market.

Maria brings in-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate sector, combined with previous experience in sales, enabling her to quickly identify client needs and provide the right solutions.

Pauline holds a bachelor's in Sociology and a master's in Science and Technology Studies. She blends her knowledge of political practices in sustainability with her background in real estate, bringing both insight and hands-on experience.

With a Bachelor's in International Business Administration and a Master's in Marketing focused on data strategy, Vincent brings expertise in data analysis and strategic decision-making to manage projects effectively.

Helena Sykulska, currently studying media and communication, brings a fresh and intuitive perspective to B2B marketing at iqbi. Alongside her academic background, she has built hands-on experience through managing her own social media platforms, where she developed a strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and digital trends. At iqbi, she translates complex data-driven solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
